This listing is for a custom 05-07 Ski Doo 1000 RT turbo kit.

Includes the following:

-Custom plenum

-Charge pipe from turbo to plenum

-Side exit downpipe

-Modified black side panel w/ scoop (one very small crack, see photos)

-IHI T3 exhaust based turbo w/ T4 sized compressor

-Extra Spare turbo

-Internal wastegate, currently set to 5 psi

-Very sturdy Turbo bracket: Mounts using stock hardware and mounting point on bulkhead!

-30 psi Turbo oil pump

-Turbo oil filter

-Turbo oil can

-Boost gauge

-Modified gauge panel

-Pump relay and wiring

-Boost activated fuel injector (not currently used or needed)

All couplers, clamps, etc

What you will NEED:

-Aem UEGO wideband gauge/ spare sensor

-TUNING- boondocker control box for turbo is a MUST. Not included in sale.

-Clutch kit (depending on elevation/boost level/riding style) I have heard great things about the Dynamo Joe unit. Either use the primary spring I used, + heavy primary  weights (20 grams or so), or a different setup all together.  Seek advice for this from a professional.

This is a custom kit that was installed and ran for about 50 miles at 11,000 ft elevation. It ran well, but I think a custom fuel controller would go a long way in the tuning to make it run better. Matt Dobeck at Dobeck Performance has one custom built for a 1000 Rt turbo on his shelf I was going to get, but I have too many projects...

THIS IS A NON INTERCOOLED KIT, BUILT FOR A STOCK ENGINE AND 5-10 PSI OF BOOST. YOU MUST, MUST RUN AV GAS OR 50/50 RACE FUEL. CHEAP INSURANCE- DO NOT RISK YOUR ENGINE AND RIDING DAYS WITH PUMP FUEL!
