Delivery Policy :

Delivery on this item is within 5-7 working days of cleared payment. 

Please note that the following postcodes we can only deliver to when an additional surcharge on delivery is paid. 

Any postcode starting with the following there is an additional fee for the delivery. This will need to be paid before we can despatch orders and can be paid via  Pay-pal or please email us for further information.

*Please ensure you that you provide a mobile contact number for delivery as we are not able to send out goods unless we have a number. Delivery is an all day appointment between 8 am and 7 pm. Please note that we are not able to give you a timed delivery or call prior to delivery being made. 

 * Please be aware we are only able to deliver Monday to Saturday between 8 and 6pm. We are not able to deliver at weekends , evenings or at specific requested times. You will be able to track your order for delivery using the online tracking system provided after purchase

 * Delivery is made to you via our one man delivery service. Goods are taken to the ground floor entrance of the property only. Please note that the delivery firm are not able to help with goods into the property or carry or lift goods upstairs. 

*Once we have dispatched your order , our delivery company will generate you a delivery date.  You will be able to track your delivery on-line from 7 pm the day the tracking information is submitted. Your tracking number will updated in your paypal and eBay details for your order. 

 *We will raise dispatch information within 2 working days from your order being placed. It can then take up to 48 hours for your goods to be collected from us. Once your order is collected from us , it will be transferred to your nearest depot and your tracking information will be updated. 

 *Please do not rely on the estimated delivery dates eBay generate as your correct delivery date can only be confirmed by the delivery company with you directly and this has been known to cause some confusion.

After accepting the goods at delivery, we are not liable for any personal injury caused through use of the product.

If the parcel has been dispatched and courier attempt to deliver your parcel second time and for any reason if you do not respond to courier after a second attempt ,your parcel will be returned back to us and customer will be liable for paying the return parcel postage fee .The postage amount will be deducted from the refund amount twice and rest of the amount will be refunded.
