1.The handling time is 1 business day and for most orders that placed before 1pm PST will be ship on the same day (Monday -Friday).
2. Please check the shipping address carefully before placing your order as changes cannot be done as soon as the item has been packed. We are not responsible for re-shipment fee or loss of the item for undelivered or returned item.

2. Returned or exchanged products must be in brand new, mint condition, and have all original manufacturer's packaging, materials, and accessories.
3. If a product is received defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will do whatever possible to resolve the issue.
4. Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned will have our shipping charges deducted from the refund. The return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to us) is not refundable.
