ITEM DESCRIPTION: Single owner purchased new through an authorized dealer in March 2014. Used sparingly for approximately 2 months and then stored in a climate and humidity controlled environment. Smoke free and pet free. Physical condition excellent - a few fingerprints from handling, a little dust, and a small scuff mark on top (too small to photograph). All 4 units operate normally. Original power cables are included. Units did not ship with hard manuals. Electronic manual will be provided to the buyer. ITEM USE: This set of 4 matching 12" 500W active subwoofers was purchased to evaluate the recommendations set forth by Todd Welti of Harman International in his groundbreaking AES white paper (subsequently adopted by CEDIA and other standards organizations) on how many subwoofer to use and where to put them. Placing one subwoofer in each corner of a rectangular room produces the smoothest, most predictable, and highest-output bass possible over a wide area of seats. These units are ideal for this application, as they offer individual adjustment of delay, level, and EQ to maximize performance.
