Answers to three commonly asked questions

1) Does this pair of shoes run true to size? We sell so many different brands and models of shoes that it is near impossible to be an expert on the sizing of each brand and model of shoe.  We take external measurements of each pair of shoes which should help with sizing to some extent.

2) How do we know a certain pair of shoes is genuine shell cordovan or genuine alligator?  Some of our shoes are made from exotic leathers and skins.  We sell an average of 125 pairs of alligator and genuine cordovan shoes annually. Unfortunately, we do not have enough space in our listing to thoroughly answer this excellent question. It would take a long article and clear photographs to teach how to distinguish genuine shell cordovan from calf leather or genuine alligator skin from artificial alligator skin. We have a money back guarantee that our items are advertised correctly.

3) What width do the letters correspond to next to the numerical shoe size?  N = narrow S = slim M = medium W = wide.  Alden, Allen Edmonds, and other shoe companies make shoes with more than 3 widths. This is why these companies do not use N, M, or W. For example, an Allen Edmonds pair of shoes may be labeled 11 AA, 11 A, 11 B, 11 C, 11 D, 11 E, 11 EE, or 11 EEE. AA = very narrow A, B, and C signify varying degrees of narrow sizing. The closer the letter is to the start of the alphabet the narrower the fit. The letter D = medium fit. E = wide. EEE = extra wide.

Shipping

We only ship to customers living in the United States and eBay Global Shipping Countries. Customers not living in Oklahoma are responsible for paying their own sales tax. For information on how much it costs to ship to eBay Global shipping countries we ask that you talk with an eBay representative. In compliance with eBay policy we only mail items to the address in the eBay system. 

If a customer purchases an item it will be mailed to the automated address provided to us by eBay.  No exceptions.  Please make sure you have provided eBay with your correct mailing address.  If a customer purchases an item then asks us to mail the product to a different address than the one linked with his eBay account this request will be denied.  We do this to obey eBay guidelines and to protect ourselves.

We mail items within 24 hours of receiving payment except on days the Post Office is closed.

Returns and refunds

We accept returns when items are returned in the same condition in which they were received by the customer

In our advertisement, we inform the customer of the numeric and letter size  written in the shoes’ lining. If your item is not as described send us a message and we will be happy to resolve the problem. All of our shoes are carefully inspected. 

All of our shoes are carefully stored in a large climate controlled room.

Shoe trees are not included. We do not use stock photographs. The pair of shoes pictured is the exact pair you will receive.
