It measures 4 1/2" tall and 9 1/2 " around the head at the forehead.  This is an unused new old stock item from 2003.  This dolls hair is the kind that is built in ( goes through the scalp ) , and the eyes do not open and close, they are set.  In the photos it looks like she has hair in her eyes but it is the hair net that has not been removed for the last 14 years.
