Functionality: We have tested this phone thoroughly, and everything is fine with it besides the following: The Power button on this phone doesn't work. It’s not a big deal. When you get the phone, it will turn on when you plug it into your charger. When you're using the phone, use the Home button to wake it up. And if you ever need to power the phone off, you can turn on the Accessibility Settings to use the on-screen Power button. This phone does not have an iCloud lock. Find My iPhone is not turned on.

This phone will only work with Verizon. We have contacted Verizon and verified that it is clear for activation. When you receive the phone, just call them up, and they will activate the phone on your existing account. This phone does not use a GSM SIM card. It can not be unlocked to work with any carrier besides Verizon. If you plan to use this phone outside of North America, please ensure that the phone operates on the cellular bands used in the country to which you plan to travel.
