SHIPPING
Items which may have been lost in transit will be replaced or refunded after 21 days. This is to allow the transportation companies to do the necessary checks or returns. We can't be held responsible for items which have been returned to us, due to customer not being available to take delivery. This also includes items returned back to depots after an attempt for delivery has been made. All items returned back to Tropical Bay will require full payment of the transportation cost, as per origional cost before it can be re-dispatched.
