SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME
We process orders daily within 24 hours-- Monday through Friday -- with the exception of holidays & sale period. During sales and promotional periods, your order will be processed and dispatched within 2 business days.
STANDARD POSTAGE
Free Shipping for Australia orders of $50 AUD or more. For any other order, we offer an affordable flat rate of $5 AUD. Please see table below outlining Australia Post’s estimated delivery times for major cities. Delivery time starts after your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. The delivery time estimates do not include handling time.
EXPRESS POSTAGE – Flat Rate $15.00 AUD
Orders will arrive within 1-4 business days from the time of posting depending on your location. Express deliveries will be processed the same day provided we receive the order before 1pm and will be delivered the next day if it's within the Australian Post's Express Post Network.

Step 4: Once we receive your returned item(s), we'll process it within 5 business days.
