A non-paying bidder case will be filed automatically by eBay. Sorry to have to spell this out but we’ve had a number of new eBayers lately who do not understand how things work and end up causing much wasted time and expense when we are forced to relist an already sold item.

It is your responsibility to research the item(s) for sale to make sure that it is the correct part, color, make, model, etc that you need because we DO NOT cancel bids when they are placed nor do we cancel auctions when they are won.

We only accept return requests for items that either arrive damaged, are defective upon arrival or where the item received varies greatly from it’s description. You must notify us of any issues within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. We make all efforts to inspect items and test for basic functionality like powering on and off, heating/cooling, charging, etc. We inspect items to see if they are complete but in some cases they may not be or we cannot tell and we will make note of that in the description when possible. If you do not see it in the pictures provided, do not assume that it will be included. Please just ask if you are unsure.

We are not experts on the items we sell, nor do we represent any of the companies that produce these items. To the best of our knowledge all items are genuine. We purchase new and returned items from a nationally recognized online retailer.

We only ship items to addresses confirmed by PayPal. If you need a package shipped as a gift, please message us ahead of time. We will make a decision based on your history/FB with eBay. Buyer will also release us the seller from any responsibility for lost/undelivered packages mailed to unconfirmed addresses.
