We prefer PayPal, but accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Please pay for this item within 5 days after auction closing.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Usually we ship ordered products within 2-3 BUSINESS days after the day of purchase by UPS or USPS. All shipped items are fully insured and signature required. Transit time depends on Buyer's location. Shipping within United States usually takes 1-6 BUSINESS days (depending on state). International shipping may take 10 BUSINESS days or more depending on country.* We are not responsible for service transit time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak period.
We don't charge fixed shipping price. All shipping charges will be calculated depend of your location and package weight.
RETURNS
Within 30 days after you received the product you may return it for Refund. Returned items should be received in our office NOT later than 45 days after day of purchase. All products must be in perfect unused condition, in the original packaging. Please contact us for Return Authorization Number, Return Address and instructions. Any packages sent without Return Authorization Number will not be accepted! Return Authorization Number must be visible on the packaging box. All items are subject to 15% restocking fee if returned, unless there was our processing error. Shipping fee is not refundable! Buyers are required to pay for return shipping.
Exchange for a different product could be made in 30 days after day of purchase and is subject to 10% restocking fee, unless there was our processing error. Buyers are required to pay for return shipping plus new item shipping expenses.
* INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE NOTE: Import duties (customs, brokerage, taxes, charges, etc.) are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. DAMAGED PRODUCTS
PLEASE CHECK THE BOX BEFORE SIGN FOR DELIVERY! If it looks damaged open it and check before sign. Initiate claim immediately if item appears damaged.
Please do not return damaged product to us. Contact us for replacement or for return/exchange authorization number and instructions if a return needs to be made. |
