| Description | The item on sale is a Kern Macro Switar 36mm 1.4 Movie Camera Lens 25mm Screw Mount. It is originally for Bolex H8 Reflex. It physically can fit as a C mount lens but it won't focus infinite. An adjustment is needed to use as a C mount lens. The lens is very clean. It is in excellent condition. Macro Switar 36mm f/1.4 H8 rx Standard focal length lens for the H-8 REX; pre-set diaphragm with Visifocus DOF scale and built in macro extension. Focus from 3" to infinity. Uses Series V filters; detachable lens hood.. Throat or thread diameter 25.4 mm (1 inch) Mount thread pitch 32 TPI Flange focal distance 15.305mm instead of 17.526mm for typical C-Mount. The Kern Switars used Zeiss lens making technology, the best of all available glass technology at the time (still the best in today‘s terms of technology) Shipping is $3.00.
