1. Early patterns may not have any markings, limited instructions and are often one size so are more difficult to use than modern patterns.

2. Like vintage clothing vintage patterns may fit smaller than modern patterns so it is always advisable to check your measurements against the pack.

3. Weather new or used we always recommend you press your pattern before cutting to ensure an accurate fit.
