Payments are accepted through PayPal ONLY.
All payments are due immediately at the end of auction. Unpaid auction will be cancelled and the item will be re-listed after 7 days, also a Non-Payer report will be send to EBay.
Tax will be assessed for all shipments made to Canada as required by Government. Tax will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping
We ship to Canada and United States. Please see our shipping calculator to check the shipping cost.
We will only ship to a confirmed PayPal address. We do not ship to PO Box address and unverified addresses.
As long as payment confirmed, your item will be processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days. Tracking number will be updated to you once the item has been processed and shipped.

Shipping For APO, FPO, HI, PR, AK, Virgin Island and all international will be ship by Purolator or UPS. Please contact us to quote shipping cost first. Skid lot shipments please email us for shipping & handling cost. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Returns
Edepotcanada offers a 14-days (14 days from the date of purchased) RETURN policy only for Defective or not same as described item. Replacement or refund guarantee on all purchases, but shipping and handling not refundable. All products carry Manufacture Warranty. If you need warranty details, please contact us through Ask Seller a Question.
To return a product, you must e-mail us to get a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the guarantee return period for the product (described above). Edepotcanada will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Customer should write down the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
Customer assumes responsibility for the package until it arrives at our warehouse. All returned items MUST be in an original condition, packaging, unused. Open boxes will exchange ONLY. Shipping & Handling fee are not refundable. In addition, Edepotcanada will charge a 15% restocking fee on all non-defective returns for refund.
Physical damage is not accepted. If we receive an item that is physically damaged, it will be returned to the buyer at their cost.
