Brand new with tags velvet devore, one shoulder evening dress from Monsoon.  Totally beautiful in black velvet devore with a teal under layer.  One shoulder is a main fashion statement for this season.  Knee length and teal colour gets more predominant towards the top of the dress.  Fully lined, great quality item.
