Louis Vuitton Watercolor Aquarelle Bag Papillon Richard Prince Limited Edition.  Available for your consideration is a rare, magnificent and authentic Louis Vuitton Limited Edition Aquarelle Papillon Bag.  Artist Richard Prince collaborated with Marc Jacobs to design artistic bags for Louis Vuitton’s Spring/Summer 2008 Collection. The bag was crafted in France of Louis Vuitton’s Monogram Watercolor Canvas with natural cowhide leather trim and polished golden brass pieces.  The watercolor canvas was made using innovative screen-printing techniques to create an ironically imperfect “smudged” take on Louis Vuitton’s emblematic Monogram canvas. The bag features an extraordinary assortment of seventeen different mixed colors that presents a watercolor effect.  The colors are perfection; light and whimsical.  The Louis Vuitton Watercolor Aquarelle Papillon Bag is, without doubt, a collector’s piece.  

The bag measures approximately 5.75” high x 12” wide x 5.5” deep.  The comfortable flat leather straps, with golden metal ring detail, have a fall length of approximately 7”.  The bag secures via a zip closure with LV-embossed golden metal zipper pull.  The interior of the bag is lined with cross grain leather.  The bag is in gently previously worn condition.  The leather, which has warmed to a honey color, is only lightly soiled.  The golden metal pieces have some faint scratches.  The interior of the bag is clean.  The Monogram Aquarelle canvas is in excellent condition.
