This Travel Mug is Brand New With Tags and in Mint Condition.

This Travel Mug was originally bought from Primark but is Disney Jungle Book branded.

Payment –

Paypal payments are my preferred method of payment and are expected within 7 days, however if there is any problems please contact me.

I do also accept Mail payments (Personal cheque or Postal order) and they are expected within 10 days, again if there is any problems please contact me.

I do file unpaid item claims with eBay for buyers who don’t pay within the payment period (unless contact has been made and more time to pay has been agreed).

Postage & Packaging Charges –

P&P charges are as honest as possible.

P&P charges cover the cost of the 10% fee on P&P eBay has added.

I do not make money on the P&P that I charge.

Delivery –

I will post all items out on the same working day as long as payment has been received and cleared by 1pm. If after 1pm then it will be posted the next working day.

 Postage is free and usually by MyHermes courier service for items that are classed as a Small Parcel or bigger unless otherwise stated.

Postage is free and usually by Royal Mail 1st Class service for items that are classed as a Large Letter or smaller unless otherwise stated.

I have an additional postage option of using Royal Mail – Guaranteed by 1pm service for extra speed but at an additional cost.

Feedback –

If you have any issues with any item that you receive from me please contact me before leaving negative feedback – I am only human and I do sometimes make mistakes.

I am always happy to do my best to resolve any issue.

If you are happy with your item when you receive it please leave me feedback and I will then do the same for you.

Returns –

If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with the item please contact me within 30 days of buying for a no questions asked refund. However I do expect the item to be posted back to me in the same condition as it was received in before the refund will be given (Please note this cost will not be refunded).
