Before you bid or buy - This engine is sold!!! Read on....

I'm offering to rebuild your engine. I'm providing this service for the1967-69 CL90, 1964-69 S90, 1973-1975 ST90, 1969 SL90 and all CT90's,  CT110's and ATC90's and 110's. Your engine will be completely torn down, cleaned and inspected.  At that time I will provide you with a detailed cost estimate, including parts. I will rebuild your engine to 'like new' condition, usually with a new piston and rings, fresh bore/hone, valve job and clutch rebuild. All seals and gaskets new. I will clean and paint the outer cases and usually the cylinder. At your request I can semi-polish the points cover, rocker caps and stator cover. Usually I will replace all the case screws. If you are on a budget, I can limit the work to the internal components and skip the cosmetics.
Because the condition of your engine is unknown I am unable to provide a fixed price for this service. I estimate that average labor cost will be $300 to 500, and the average minimum parts cost at $150. A big duration camshaft can be installed subject to availability. Any missing parts can be found, although this may add some time and cost to the project.
This will not include a carburetor rebuild. Add about $50-75 for that service.

When you receive your engine back the cam and ignition will properly timed, and the engine ready to install and run. I will provide start-up and break-in instructions.

Send me your name and number via the "Ask a question" link at the bottom of the page, and I'll respond ASAP. Then we can talk and I'll explain the best shipping methods and discuss what you have and need.
I have been working on these engines since they were first manufactured in the 60's,  and I can rebuild just about any small Honda engine you can find. My running collection includes an '81 XL185, two '73 CR250M's, a '74 CB350F, and two CT90's. It's more of a hobby for me now, but it's what I love doing, almost more than riding!
If you're in the local area you can deliver your engine or whole bike for repair and save on shipping, which is based on an estimated weight of 65 lbs.
