TERMS & CONDITIONS, READ BEFORE PURCHASE!  
1. You are buying a custom made product which can be immediately fitted to your car.
This is buy it now price include all shapes & options.
No extra charge, No core exchange, No steering wheel deposits needed. You don't need to send back your old steering wheel so you will save money (you can resell your old one and get some money back).
The steering wheel is made from Genuine OEM core which was previously used, then d-shaped and remodelled visually into a unique sporty shape style and re-trimmed with new good quality leather/alcantara. Never used since rebuilt.
2. Plastic covers, electronic equipment & airbag.
This is a direct replacement of the factory steering wheel with all oem equipment, retaining factory controls and air bag, so it will fit.
Remember this auction is for customized steering wheels only. I'm not selling electronic equipment & airbags at all (there is no controls and no airbag included). Any other elements showed on sample photos: like plastic cover/badges/logos and multifunction buttons are not included and you have to transfer them from your current steering wheel. Usually it's easy to do (just few screws). On some sample photos you can see them but this is just to help you image the final look of custom wheel. Occasionally I may add them for free (if any) just as a free gift.
3. Customers’ expectations.
To clarify please remember this is not a factory production but 100% handmade product. If you expecting factory quality from hand make work don't buy my product.
As this is 100% handmade work it will always have tiny differences from sample photos.
Please understand, this is not a simple round wheel. Steering wheel is re-design with custom shape transition added (bold, bulges), so the leather/alcantara in some places may have little wrinkles and stitches or cuts may not be perfect straight like factory steering wheel. This is completely normal and this fact can't be used as a reason to return.
All listed photos of the steering wheels are real one, already made samples, which has been sold. So you can see how the final product will look like. 99% customers are very happy with my product (few feedback are from customers who didn't read auction description and later have frivolous complaints).
4. Responsibility for the car inspection MOT/TÜV and insurance.
There is no any metal cutting or welding to make flat shape, just extra padded.
Anyway due to the optical (visual) change I don't take responsibility for the car inspection (MOT/TÜV) of the vehicle or insurance cover. Some countries may have requiring a strict rules, so you have to check this by yourself.
Please keep in mind, is handcrafted work not a factory production, so I'm not providing any certificate or tüv, is rather gadget for car show.
5. Shipping, delivery information (average time) & duty:
All parcels are insured & updated with tracking number. I'm not working in any transport company, so from dispatch day I have no influence to delivery period. If you live outside EU sometimes it may take longer than the scheduled arrival time due to the customs inspection.
Any exchange of goods in EU countries are duty free (shipping is from EU country).
Customers from countries OUTSIDE EU - any duty, taxes and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Also I reserve right to cancel purchase if shipping to your country will be not available to send insured parcel or cost will be too high.
6. Customers’ orders waiting time:
Due to the high interest & hand-made process, lead time take around month (after payment received).
If any available to go straight away, information will appear on listing description.
  Time period describe waiting time to build not delivery. Saturday & Sunday is not working day.
Before purchase Ebay listing clearly says what is a waiting time (estimated date), so everyone clearly now estimated date and there is no need to contact before declared time. When order is ready tracking number will be updated on eBay.
With all due respect “please” refrain from sending queries before above declared time, like: "Everything ok with my order?, "Can You write me, when my order will be ready?", “How do the works go on?”, “When my steering wheel will be ready?”, "How's the wheel coming along?", "Is my order ready?", "Have you sent my steering wheel?", "When can I expect delivery?".
With all due respect but I don’t replay for this type of inquiries (messages) as it take my time while I could focus on making current orders.

-No, is professional EU leather dedicated to cars.
Is it plug and play with the old airbag and electronics panels / plastic covers?
-YES (Is direct replacement of the OEM steering wheel, Retaining factory controls and air bag).

-YES, there is no interference to airbag and mounting brackets.

What are the dimensions of the steering wheel?
-same as oem steering wheel, or more all around if you order thicker.
Can you make carbon wheel?
-No.
Can you make heated steering wheels?
-Yes, but with no 12h straps & I’m not taking responsibility for any faulty heating (due to d-shape & thickness upgrade). For sure heating will not work so good as before.
Can you make steering wheel for “x” car ?
-Usually Yes (all steering wheel are round outside, so there is no big difference and most of them can be customized & remodelled).
Just send enquiry with car details or best “picture” with asking item and what currency £/€ you are going to pay.
Can you tell me did this steering wheel fit “x” car?
-Most descriptions says what car is dedicated to, about some numbers of cars I’m not able to say, because few model types from same production year have different steering wheel types. So you have to check by yourself (witch your mechanic/garage), as I’m not driving your car.
How much cost shipping to "x country"
-UE price are listed. All you need is > go to postage > click "see details" > select your country.
-For other countries write me request with details (country, post code/zip code).
Did price include shipping cost?
-No, price not include shipping cost.
Can you make shipping cost lower?
-No, because I don't make profit on them (shipping cost also have ebay/paypal fee charges).
-Also I’m sending only insured parcels , so for some countries shipping may be pricy.
Can you send me parcel with low value (outside EU or Schengen area)?
-No, because all parcel are insured and insurance is always same as declared value.
Anything happens with parcel, you will claim full refund from ebay/paypal but I will receive just equivalent parcel value refund.
Can you make "x" color leather?
-No, because usually is hard to match same color shade, so if you have other colored interior I suggest just colored stitches and strap in requested color.
There are any difference LHD or RHD driving site, it has no effect?
-No difference at all.
Can you make knobs, hand brakes covers or inscriptions on steering wheel?
-No, I don't do this.
