Bought in 2006 and used only occasionally since then, probably about 20-25 nights total. Includes matching REI foot print ground cover. Zippers, screens, and snap-clips (on the rain fly) are all in perfect condition; clean inside. We often used a couple of twin air mattresses and another foam pad for the three of us in our family, which left plenty of room for other things. Comes with all stakes and a few extras.
