It comes with its leather case, original Asahi metal lens cap, and an unbranded rear lens cap.  The case and cap are only in fair condition (see photos). The case is missing the strap that would snap into the button. 

This is a rare, unusual lens. The results wide-open at f2.3 are a bit strange, so please look online for samples to make sure you really want this lens. One of its odd features is that the front element easily unscrews from the rest of the lens barrel. It is also massive compared to most 35mm lenses. 

For extra protection I will ship the lens with an old UV filter; please just consider it a freebie and not part of the auction.
