Elite Series Model 1768 w/hard case.  Made In USA!

 

I am the original owner of this guitar.

 

This is a vintage black 1991 Ovation Elite Series Model 1768. This Ovation is Made in the USA in New Hartford, Connecticut as documented on the inside label.

 

This is a great playing and beautiful sounding guitar. The sound is bright and projects well. The built-in electronics are fully functional. The composite deep back bowl is very comfortable.

 

This guitar is in very good condition.  The only reason I don’t list it as excellent condition is due to a hairline crack from the bridge down to the edge.  My buddy knocked it off the stand 10 years ago.  You can only see it from very close up.  It has been repaired by a professional Luthier and still sounds like it did when I bought it in ’91.

 

I included lots of pictures so that you can see the condition. The case is original to this guitar and does show some signs of wear when compared to the great condition the guitar is in.  Please look at the photos carefully, as they show the exact condition of this great guitar.
