Returns Policy:
We offer a 100% RISK FREE RETURN POLICY! Please contact us / send a message if you want to return an item.  We can exchange for a different size / item for no charge (except a nominal reshipping fee), or return for a refund which are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee.  Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving item. All tags must still be attached and in the same condition as received, free of damage, smoke, pet hair, etc..  BUYER PAYS RETURN SHIPPING. We will not accept C.O.D.'s.  If you want to exchange for a different size or style we apply a credit of the item amount and you would be responsible for reshipping charges (if you are interested in purchasing additional items we might be able to waive the reshipping charges if we can combine the shipping).

Refunds or credits are for item price. Postage is not refundable. If item was sent with Free Shipping, our actual postage is withheld from refund/credit amount. Any shipments returned unclaimed/undeliverable/refused for any reason will be processed in accordance to the Returns Policy.
