RETURNS

We offer a 14-day return period.  We do our best to describe every item as accurately as possible.  If you receive an item and feel that the item condition is not as described please contact us immediately and we'll do out best to make you happy.  Items returned must be in the same condition and include all of the original accessories and packing materials.  Returned items that are missing any original accessories or packing materials will receive a reduced refund.  We inspect all returns prior to issuing a refund.  Items returned that are not defective and are not returned in the same condition will be charged a 15% restocking fee.  The buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs unless the item is defective or not as described.
