Your item will be shipped via Global Shipping Program so you will pay all the extra charges to Global Shipping (third party assigned by eBay), not to us. Return Policy -- International Buyers:
Under No circumstances, custom charges, duties, import/export charges, international leg, international shipping charges are refundable. We’ll only refund item actual cost, for example, if the item is $250, and you have paid $100 extra in shipping, import charges, international leg, and/or any other fees, total cost is $350 and you want to return the item to us because something went wrong, we'll only refund $250 (item cost) not the $100 you had paid in fees.

Orders are always shipped within 24-36 hours of cleared payment excluding weekends and holidays. We don’t process orders on the weekends. We don’t drop off or have USPS pick up packages on Saturdays. Please send us a message if you want us to ship your item on Saturday.
You will receive tracking information via email when your item is processed.
In most cases, any item over $75; signature will be required at the time of delivery. If no one is available to sign & receive the item, it will be at your local USPS post office. USPS doesn't make a 2nd attempt in many cases so you may have to go to your local post office to pick up the item or call USPS to make other arrangements. Item will be returned to us after 15 days if it is not picked up by the buyer. Any undeliverable including refused item(s) is subject to 20% restocking fee plus we’ll deduct any shipping charges we had paid (even items with free shipping).
*We wrap our notebooks in an anti-static bubble wrap and ship in a USPS flat rate box, which is much faster than UPS and FedEx ground services. We are professional and well trained, 99.99% of are packages are delivered safely without a damage from shipping. USPS flat rate white box may look crushed but you will receive your notebook as we sent it. Please read our feedback. We also use FedEx ground to ship. Our priority is to get your item to you faster without damage.
Warranty:
All the laptops sold “as is” (without warranty) with 30 days DOA returns. If the laptop has any remaining warranty then we are not responsible for warranty transfer, extension and/or any other warranty issues that might come up with the manufacturer.
