1. Order will be shipped within 2-3 business days after payment confirmed, please make sure that the address and phone number on Ebay are correct.
2. For customers in North America, we ship via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, DHL, USPS, etc. from our warehouse in United States.
For customers in other countries, we ship via DHL, Post Air Mail, EMS, etc. from our warehouse in China.
3. We will decide the shipping method for free shipping items according to buyers' location, anyway, you can still contact us if you have special requirements.
Notes: Buyers are responsible for local customs taxes. It would be appreciated if you could tell us the proper declare value for you.

1. We provide one year warranty for the main unit and 3 months warranty for accessories.
This warranty does not apply to damages caused by improper use, accident, flood, lightning, or if the product was altered or repaired by anyone other than the Manufacturer's Service Center.
And buyers should pay the return postage.
2. In case an item arrives faulty, please contact us within 7 days and keep it unused. We will bear the postage and instruct you how to return and get refund or replacement.
3. All returned items must be in the original packaging and you should provide the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your po# etc..
Please note: items will be sent back to manufacturer (eg. Autel China) for repair.
