      * RETURNS - I am an individual seller not a business. I do not accept returns I do not give refunds.   I take plenty of  photos for the buyer to see the item as is.              missing   pieces due to a fault with the factory they were made in, mis numbered packs (such as a  misprinted number  on Toy Pack)..  

    *  Postal Service -  I cannot be responsible for what the US Postal Service does with the package  -  Once it leaves my hands. This includes late packages!

   *  Buyer -  assumes responsibility once they have received their package or packages. I can  not be held responsible because you opened a package with scissors a

       and the product was  damaged (yes   an actual complaint).
