This is a rare vintage Gigglee Eyes Monster plush.
When you shake him his eyes twitch around the room.
This monster is from Those Characters From Cleveland. The same company that produced My Pet Monster and Madballs.
Great collector condition. One owner.
Please inspect the photos, I put up lots of them! 
The eyes have some scratches, There are some stains on the shoes and there are some spots on the teeth where the color has rubbed off.
