Our eBay office hours are M-F normal business days.  We make every attempt to ship your package the same day that you pay. Due to the nature of our organization this is not always possible. We do however guarantee shipment within 3 business days after the payment is received

Return Policy:

If item was damaged or not as described PLEASE contact us.

If you decide that you just simply want to return the item please do so within 14 days of the purchase. If item is returned in same condition as received a refund of the purchase price will be given.  If your item was offered with free shipping then the cost of the original shipment will be deducted from the refund of the purchase price.
