We cover all repair or replacement cost of device due to product dysfunction under normal use for a period of 3 years. we will ship free part for simple repair or replacement(e.g power supply replacement), if whole fixture needs to repair after authorization, we will pay shipping from factory to customer, the customer must pay outbound shipping(from customer to factory) first, we will credit back when customer makes next order. At second year, we cover first year service except shipping from customer to factory. At third year, the customer pays inbound and outbound shipping cost for repair.
