Never used, open box. Come's with everything pictured (aluminum case, transmitter and 12 channel receiver rx1201, lanyard, case key, and programming us cable). I bought this about year ago and only took it out off the case to check it out. There are some dents on the box and some little to no wear on the transmitter, everything was like that when i bought it. Everything still has the protective plastic on it. The receiver is used.
