Warranty and Returns Policy We offer a 3 month warranty on all jewellery purchases and a 12 month warranty on watches. Proof of purchase is required and items must be returned in original condition with the original box supplied. If a resident from outside the UK (Mainland) wishes to return their item, they must be aware that if a customs charge occurs during the item’s passage to be returned they are liable to have the charge deducted from their refund amount. Delivery Domestic Shipping If you live within the UK, your item will be carefully packed and dispatched within 2-3 working days (Mon-Fri) of receiving payment. Postage is FREE for all UK domestic residence. All items are posted Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1pm unless stated.
Items can be arranged for collection from our Coulby Newham store located at Unit 16, The Parkway Centre, Middlesbrough, TS8 0TJ or our Acklam store located at 105 Acklam Road, Middlesbrough, TS5 5HR. (Please contact us if you wish to arrange a collection). International Shipping If you do not live in the UK, you can purchase specific items which are eligible with eBay's Global Shipping Programme. The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our website.
We will deliver products (such as jewellery and watches) to you as soon as reasonably possible [and in any event within 7 days after the day on which we accept your order]. Typically, we will send goods to you using the second class "Signed For" service. You can also choose to collect products from any of our branches in the UK.
We will not be liable for delays in delivering your goods where such delay is due to reasons outside of our control, if for whatever reason your delivery will be delayed we will contact you.
Please note:
- delivery lead times are extended over public holidays.
- if your order contains multiple items they may be dispatched direct from different suppliers, locations and/or at different times.
If you are picking up your order from a local store, you will need to go in person, and take with you the payment card you used to pay online as well as your receipt. These requirements are for your peace of mind, as they allow us to ensure your details are completely secure.
If you fail to collect your order from your selected Ramsdens location within 30 days of the collection date then your Order will be marked as ?not-collected? and may be cancelled at the sole discretion of Ramsdens.
If you have asked to collect the products from our premises, you can collect them from us at any time during our working hours on weekdays (excluding public holidays) and Saturdays. Please be aware that opening hours vary across our branches, so please check online at www.RamsdensForCash.co.uk.
If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
If you do not collect the products from us as arranged or if, after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from a delivery depot we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection we may end the contract.
The pounds sterling amount less a ?10 cancellation charge will be refunded by Ramsdens on the cancellation day if it is a Working Day or the next available Working Day. The date the monies reach your bank account is dependent upon your bank processing the refund which could take from 2 to 10 Working Days.
The product will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the address you gave us or you collect it from us.
You own a product which is goods once we have received payment in full.
