Vintage Simplex Model A Typewriter with Original Box.  This tin litho typewriter prints 36 characters any length on paper or card 6 inches wide.  Comes in original box with instructions printed inside the lid.  Box is put together on all corners with metal.  Typewriter is marked:  Simplex Typewriter Special Demonstrated Model A and lists United States, British, French and German patent numbers.  Age unknown.

Measures 8" x 4-3/8" x 2-1/2" high.  Box is 8-1/2" x 5-1/4" x 2-7/8" high.  Weighs 1 pound 1 ounce unpackaged.

This does not appear complete.  There are scuffs, scratches, paint loss and wear seen on the typewriter.  Box is dirty, torn, faded and worn.  Typewriter has not been tested.  No ink comes with this.
