Returns ARE accepted.  A full refund will be issued if something other than what is stated in the auction is sent to you, otherwise there will be a 10% restocking fee (such as you changed your mind or the shoes don't fit like you thought they would).  Since there is a restocking fee, We highly encourage you to ask questions.  We will be more than happy to answer anyone that emails me.  Unfortunately, since taking a tape measure and measuring the length and width of a shoe is not an accurate fit, We will not be honoring those requests.  We suggest you visit your local store and try them on for fit - none of the shoes are guaranteed true to fit and some may run small or large depending on the brand.  Thank you for looking at our listing!
