Payment:

• Paypal is the only accepted payment method
• Confirm your address before making payment. Orders will only be shipped to the address provided by ebay / Paypal
• Address changes cannot be made once the order has been paid
• Sorry no refunds for multiple shipping charges if you did not combine your shipping before payment

Shipping:

• We are closed on weekends and holidays. Packages are not shipped on the days USPS is closed. Orders are shipped within 24 hours or the next business day, at which time tracking will be uploaded
• We combine shipping for selected orders. If you have any trouble please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you
• Larger, bulky and heavy items will be shipped via UPS ie. kits
• All high value items will require signature upon delivery
• International Customers: Please allow 1-4 weeks for your package to arrive. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class International
• All international orders are marked as "merchandise"
• All international buyers are responsible for any fees, taxes, tariffs, that may be required upon receiving your order

Returns:

• Please contact us prior to making a return
• Parts may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
• Items must be in new and un-used condition in the original unopened package and purchased from Michael's RC Hobbies
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee
• Please enclose a copy of your invoice/packing slip along with a brief reason for the return and your contact phone number
• Refunds will be complete once the item has been returned and inspected

• Some items, including remote-control vehicles and accessories from Associated, Traxxas, HPI, Axial, Great Planes, Hobbico and other brands, have a manufacturer-direct warranty and we can not accept returns for these items if they have been opened. Once opened, the manufacturer should be contacted for technical or warranty assistance.
