You are bidding on a custom BMC SSX01, the frame came to me with the custom satin black paint and white logo's along with the fork, the paint condition is fair, though it does have some chipping where the red BMC undercoat is visible, check out the PICS they are fairly high res.

This bike has been my favorite build so far, time to go though (finally made the DI2 jump). I love building up bikes riding them a round a bit and then sending them to new homes, This particular build has been up and down sections of baldy road more times than I can count! (mt baldy is literally up the street from me). Its a fairly light bike, very snappy with those campy wheels, and its proven tough (I am a 205 lbs triathlete), for the record it has seen speeds as high as 50mph descending the mt baldy area. Mileage is just south of 750, the bike has been extremely well taken care of while in my possession, always lubed and cleaned so she has plenty of life left in her.

The SRAM 22 rival shifters work just fine with the 10spd crank set, provided the derailleurs are set up correctly, cross chain all you want, it works freaking great! shifts very fast through that cassette. Now the bad, so I began collecting parts early 2014, I moved twice before I finished the build and lost the non drive side crank arm....(don't ask, I don't know how). I looked and looked and never found one, until I found the 172.5 non drive arm, which is funny because its  a 175mm crank.... yeah I know it sounds terrible but local shop said I wouldn't notice, so I put on and low and behold they were right, the 2.5mm difference makes no difference in feel to me and I'm thinking you will see things the same way too. (I apologize to the gods of cycling !!!)

This build was in large part an aesthetics build, there are areas that can definitely be lightened up, but the weight savings in my opinion just didn't out weight the visual feel of the bike, when you see this bike, you want to ride it, and that is a very important part of this build. The EA50 components, seat post and stem, neither one are terribly light, seat post hasn't been cut either, so if you are still looking for grams to save that's an obvious start, but I think once you see and ride the bike you wont care anyway.

Please check out all the pictures, there are a lot of little details on this build where I totally nerded out and made sure to mach my color scheme of black with red accents.

As always questions are very welcome, thanks for taking a look, good luck!
