1) Always use Ebay Messaging email for questions and contacting us. 

2) Ask questions before you decide to bid and buy.

3) Weekdays we usually reply within 24hrs, Holidays or weekends may take longer.

4) Please don't place notes or requests to your Paypal payments, they may not get read before shipping.

PAYMENT

1) We currently only accept PayPal for payments. 

2) "Buy it Now" must  make payment at once.  

3) Auction format payments and checkout should be made within 4 days.  A payment reminder maybe sent.

4) A unpaid item claim maybe opened if not payed on time and may affect buyers history. 

SHIPPING

1) We ship to the confirmed address on record with ebay & Paypal.  Please confirm your shipping address.

2) We can not and will not change your shipping address.  Please verify your address before Bidding.

3) We usually ship your order within 1 business day,  please consider weekends and holidays times.

4) We will try to help save shipping fees and costs and offer combined shipping, please request a invoice.

6) Tracking information will be posted to your ebay account so you can track your item. Fedex posting delays, in cases days, week have passed with no information posted, in some cases the items have been delivered before the tracking data was posted. 

Please note we make no promise or guarantee as to the delivery times, dates, deadlines, or the level of service from any carrier.   

Delivery Problems NOT REASONABLE IF TRACKING SHOWS DELIVERED AND PACKAGE IS STOLEN. CUSTOMER NEEDS TO TRACK AND BE AWARE WHEN IT WILL ARRIVE TO RECEIVE.  

Problems can occur Delays, Damage, Lost, Stolen, ect. 

Delays  shipping times quality of service, missed delivery drivers, pick up tags, signatures required, can all happen. You will need to assist with the local carrier to help. 

Damage  please contact us by ebay email messaging, save all packing, boxes, parts, and a written statement. 

Lost or Stolen  In the event your item was lost or stolen, buyer will need to make a statement and cooperate with seller  You will need to allow up to 10 days for the lost item to be returned or traced, in the event of a stolen item, we may need file a report .

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Refunds

2) Then pay for shipping and return all items intact and unused.

3) When we receive your return we will examine and restock.

4) We will refund your original purchase price less shipping fees.
