WE CAN ACCEPT RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE QUALITY OF T-SHIRTS OR PRINTING RESULT, BUT WE CAN NOT ACCEPT RETURNS BECAUSE BUYER CHOOSE AN INCORRECT SIZE. 

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WASHED.

Payment

  1. We accept PayPal only.

  2. All major credit cards are accepted through secure payment processor PayPal.

  3. Payment must be received within 7 business days of auction closing.

  4. We do not combine shipping cost.

  5. NOTE:Import duties, taxes and chargers are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
    Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding buying.


Complaints

  1. Complaints should be reported no later than 14 days after delivery.

  2. Send complaints to us via email. Complaints must be clear and should include a photo of the item.

  3. If there is a defect or if a mistake is made on our part, we will reprint and reship at no charge to you.

  4. If you receive the wrong shirt, we will send you a return label to mail it back to us (you pay the shipping fee). A new shirt will not be printed until we receive the incorrect shirt.

  1. We are not responsible for any custom duty or import tax.

  2. We will leave POSITIVE FEEDBACK after receiving the payment. Please contact us if you are not satisfied with the item after receive it.

  3. All messages will be answered within 1 business day. If you do not receive our reply, please kindly re-sent your message and we will reply to you as soon as possible.

  4. If you have any problems or concerns whatever with your order or products, please message us and give us a chance to assist you before you leave any feedback.

  4. International shipping varies based on destination; therefore we are unable to provide delivery time.

  6. For holiday period (eg: Christmas, New Year and etc shipping will take longer time to reach.
