I took a picture with it and it seems to work fine.  I didn't test anything else, because I don't know much about cameras.
Does come with 4 AA batteries -  I don't guarantee battery life after purchase.
Small scratches and scuffs from normal use.
Has some type of 16 GB chip, could be for saving pictures or videos?
