We're passionate about creating one-of-a-kind pieces that will help transform your beauty salon or hairdresser's into what you've always dreamed of. We take care of every last detail, and drawing on our extensive experience and craftsmanship, we are still able to achieve a fast turnaround. With most orders, we aim to manufacture and deliver your items within 2-5 weeks of you placing the initial order. Bella Furniture Ireland is also delighted to offer a nationwide delivery service on all our products, big or small. We have our very own delivery team, since we want to make sure your bespoke furniture travels across Ireland in top condition, without any damage. This also allows us to be flexible with our delivery times- if you would like to arrange an after-hours delivery, then just get in touch, and we will be happy to sort something out for you.     Additional Information: "         When placing your order, please make sure that there is room for your chosen product to fit in your door- we are not responsible for deliveries that you can't get inside. "         On your chosen delivery date, please make sure that there is room for our delivery truck to park outside your home or business, so that we can easily offload your products. "         In most cases, we will deliver your product ourselves with one of our experienced delivery drivers. They will be happy to take your delivery inside the front door of your building, but please note that we do need you on hand to help them.  When you receive your delivery, we will need you to sign for it. Before you do so, make sure you look over everything to ensure that your purchase has arrived in prime condition, and that no damage has been done to your property during the delivery process. In the rare event that you do experience any problems, please note them down on the delivery note, and we will look into things on your behalf.  You should also retain the original packaging of your products, in case you need to return them.

Although we endeavour to leave you completely satisfied with your purchase from Bella Furniture Ireland, we have a returns policy in place just in case. If there is a fault with your product, or it does not match up to the description on our website, please let your Bella Furniture Ireland delivery driver know, so that they can return it and we can arrange a free replacement for you. You can also get in touch with us afterwards, and we will arrange to pick up the item in question at a time that suits you. If you change your mind about your purchase, then you should also let the delivery driver know upon delivery if possible, to make the returns process that much easier. We ask that any returns are kept in their original packaging. After your product has been delivered, you have a 17 day period to let Bella Furniture Ireland know that you would like to return your product. Please note that a delivery charge will be deducted from your refund- this will be the same as the delivery charges outlined above. Unfortunately, Bella Furniture Ireland can't accept returns if the product has been used, and is not in its original packaging. Your refund will be credited to the same card that you used to make your payment. When the items are returned to our warehouse and inspected, then we will usually refund you within 24 hours, although this process can take up to a maximum of 3 days. Should you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch with the Bella Furniture Ireland Customer Service team through our contact page. If your delivery has already been dispatched, then it will have to be returned- please refer to our returns policy above. You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us that (i) any credit card information you supply is true, correct and complete, (i) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any shipping fees and applicable taxes.
