This fan loom is Plug & Play. You just Fit it and it will function just like the factory loom did when it reaches the required temperature.
This twin cooling fan harness is designed to eliminate the stress on the factory fuse box by allowing the full battery voltage to power the twin fans via two 30A relays.
The direct connection to the battery via the two relays will supply the voltage to the fans so that you can be sure there will be no voltage related melting of the fuse box on your car. The sierra cosworth quite commonly suffers from this as the cooling system was poorly developed allowing it to draw too much current due to the badly thought out span of the temperature switch which keeps the fans on for too long.
I have included new led fuses with all of my looms. They light up when they blow so you can see which one it is.
The cables are manufactured using quality cabling and the terminals are crimped using the latest crimp tools also where needed adhesive lined heat-shrink to prevent oxidation forming.

I have put a lot of time and effort into the design and the manufacturing of these looms. Probably more than most people that sell replacement looms. If I'm not 100% happy I start from scratch, this way I can guarantee it works perfect first time. Also my looms are designed to connect to each other so that they look neat in the engine bay where fitted.
This loom is also supplied with full fitting instructions, 30A led fuses, override switch, plugs & mounting hardware and a few spares just in case.
