Titanium piston set (12 pistons for both 6 pot calipers) made to reduce heat transfer from hot brake pads. Titanium offers up to 28 times lower heat conductivity than aluminum .This is the best solution to prevent brake fluid boiling,caliper seal and dust boots destruction,often brake fluid change,soft brake pedal,paint loss and other problems that you may have after caliper bleeding process.
This set inspired by top spec Ap Racing calipers made for a simple road /track caliper . Now you can upgrade CP5555,5070,5060 ,pro5000 series and more calipers with this piston(please send your request if special piston required).
Titanium made by VSMPO AVISMA ( famous Boeing and Airbus supplier) have to be 3 stages heat treated in vacuum . Takes more than 24H to make this process. After that ti alloy would be more than 1250 UTS and up to 47HRC. We can offer more rare and 35% more stiff alloys than regular ti6al4v.Ti6al-4v is our basic choice.

Each piston is PVD Ti-N or DLC coated :the best option to protect piston from destruction as PVD makes hard and low friction surface,wear resistant as well.
You can choose some options as spheric bottom design.
Another option : to use titanium piston caps coated ceramics as Zircotec.
Special rib required for this .,shim sen have to be ordered in addition to this piston kit.
And at last.." egg" inner design. This is the most time consuming option but piston weight is almost 50% lower with this design: big inner radius helps to "hold" loads and makes piston as light as it possible at the same time.
