*In the event that an item is damaged or faulty (in a way not specified in the listing), the buyer must alert Zgoda International Products within 30 days of receipt. Once the item has been returned, should it turn out to be damaged or faulty then Zgoda International Products will either refund payment or replace the item. Zgoda International Products will also pay the postage cost incurred by the buyer.
**In the event that a buyer wishes to return an item due to changing their mind or making an error, return postage will be paid by the buyer and a refund for the cost of the product (but not the P&P charge) will be provided upon receipt of the return.
