Everyone who owns a V-Star 650 knows that the clutch engagement point is "way out there" at the end of the lever travel. If it is adjusted to operate at the same engagement point as other bikes, the lever "flops" and there is excessive free play.

This kit eliminates the free play and allows you to adjust the engagement point at a more comfortable level. It usually takes about 10-15 minutes to install by anyone who does even minor maintenance on their V-Star. It includes the parts (see pictures) and illustrated instructions.

The parts consist of a stainless steel spring and a chrome plated aluminum cover (see pictures) to prevent the spring from distorting when compressed. These are not "off the shelf" items that can be purchased at your local hardware. They are custom made to our specifications after much research and development, trial and error. Remember, you are buying a solution to your problem. Our objective is to satisfy all of our customers by honestly describing our product and how it can solve your problem.
