Postage
Standard Delivery is via 2^nd Class Royal Mail, you can upgrade to 1^st Class or 24 Hour Courier when paying. The Courier option is next working day delivery (no weekends). International shipping varies according to item weight and price, we generally use Royal Mail international post however if the item is too heavy then we use UPS.

Back Orders
If an item is out of stock we will contact you giving you the option of either cancelling the purchase of the item or placing it as a back order.

Privacy Policy
Handtools UK does not disclose buyer’s information to third parties other than for goods delivery purposes in which case the third party will not disclose any of the details.

Returns Policy
Faulty goods or goods supplied different to that which was ordered should be returned to us within fourteen days in the original packaging. Please message us at with your name, order number, and details of the issue. We will then advise you of which method to return goods by and a full refund of postage costs will be given.

Goods that are not faulty but you would still like a refund must be returned to us within fourteen days. The goods must be in original and resalable condition. On receipt of goods we will immediately issue a refund unfortunately we are unable to refund any postage return costs incurred by yourself. Items returned should be sent to us at the address shown on the invoice. The invoice should also be enclosed and returned with the goods.

At the time you dispatch goods by our preferred return method we advise that you obtain and retain in a safe place proof of posting.
