All our lamp are complete lamp modules. This means they come with the bulb, the housing that holds the bulb, and the connector; all together in one unit. Changing the lamp is simply a question of removing the lamp cover on the projector, unscrewing a few small screws, pulling out the old lamp, and slotting in the new lamp. Our lamp are all 100% new, not refurbished as others are.

What you get in the box

All our lamp are complete lamp modules. This means they come with the bulb, the housing that holds the bulb, and the connector; all together in one unit. Changing the lamp is simply a question of removing the lamp cover on the projector, unscrewing a few small screws, pulling out the old lamp, and slotting in the new lamp. Our lamp are all 100% new, not refurbished as others are.

Many other supplier on eBay only supply the bulb on its own.  We do not recommend that customers buy the bulb only as changing the bulb on its own is very difficult and the bulb is likely to fail early due to marks placed on the bulb while fitting into the old housing. There are also other considerations such as safety, performance, and warranty problem associated with bulb only offerings.

Delivery

UK Delivery is Free for standard delivery. Express delivery options are available for faster delivery and these are at the top of this page on the "Postage and Payments" tab. UK Delivery normally takes 3-4 days and international deliveries can take 7-12 days depending upon your location. An ETA will be provided in your My eBay section of eBay.

Please be aware that, due to our courier’s regulations (DHL), we can only send shipment to business addresses in Russia.  We cannot send to personal addresses.

Returns

If you change your mind, or the purchase is not suitable, you may notify us to cancel the contract within 14 days after the day of receipt of item(s) and you have a duty to take reasonable care of the item(s) until we receive the item(s) back. Return posting costs will be at your expense.

 

Warranty Information

We offer a comprehensive 120 warranty.  If you have any problems at all with 120 days of buying the lamp we will either replace the lamp for a brand new one or issue a refund in full.  Your choice.

If you have a warranty claim please contact us for the returns details.  We need to receive the projector lamp back to us before we can supply a replacement.

Communication

As soon as you pay, eBay & PayPal will email you to let you know it's been received and as soon as we've shipped your order, we'll let you know by email that it has been despatched and the tracking number if applicable.
