appear to have been used only a few times Each pair will have different degree and locations of scuff and scratches, however these boots are in great condition and fully functional.  the military does not keep these in individual packaging therefor they get marked up giving the appearance of higher use, so these boots are being sold as used in Mint condition. these are military issued pair of boots
