Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all items that are paid for by 12pm (Midday) on the same day. Items ordered after 12pm (Midday) will be dispatched the next working day. Working days are Monday - Friday, excluding all Bank Holidays, Public Holidays

Delivery information

Your item should arrive within 5 working days after the day of dispatch - if your item has not been delivered in this time, please send us a message via eBay. All items are sent using Royal mail second class unless you opted for Royal Mail first class delivery. Large orders will sometimes be sent via other courier services if the combined weight exceeds 2kg.

Postage Charges

Some Scottish highlands and island postcodes may not qualify for free delivery. If you live in these areas please contact us prior to purchase so we can check whether we can offer free delivery.
