The mouse and receiver are in very good used condition, with just one small scratch on the battery cover. The mouse works in Windows XP through Windows 10 and in Mac OS X. No added drivers are necessary to use the mouse in Windows 10 -- it has been tested in a Windows 10 64-bit laptop and a Windows 10 32-bit desktop PC and all mouse functions work without additional drivers. However, customization of button functions and mouse operation will be limited without the free Logitech SetPoint Software (or Logitech Control Center for Mac OS X), and the Logitech Connection Utility can help to achieve a successful connection (see link below). Note that if the SetPoint Software is installed, the default middle button (scroll wheel click) function is document flip. Without SetPoint, the default function is autoscroll. All defaults can be changed via SetPoint.

To install: Open the battery cover and remove the Nano USB receiver from its slot, then reattach the battery cover. This mouse has an on/off switch on the bottom. Turn the mouse on, plug the USB receiver into an available USB port, then wait a moment for it to be sensed and installed. The mouse should connect automatically; if it doesn't, run the Logitech Connection Utility for Windows or Logitech Control Center for MAC OS X (see link above).
