160 x 100mm single-sided copper-clad fibreglass PCB laminate photoetch board coated with a high resolution photo-resist.
Microtrak laminates consist of FR4 epoxy-glass laminate sheets, dip-coated with a positive working photo-resist. The photo-resist contains a dye that provides a good contrast against the copper and allows boards to be easily inspected at the developing stage. Boards are protected by a specially designed light-proof blue film which allows them to be guillotined without the risk of fracturing the photo-resist.

Mega Microtrack FR4 boards require a developer strength of 10 to 1. (Not 20 to 1 as with other products it replaces.)
Exposure time is typically 2.5 to 3.5 minutes.
We dispatch all items same day if ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday, please remember when issuing your feedback or DSR's that they are for dispatch time, not delivery time. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed. Delivery is usually within 1-2 working days for First Class, and within 3-5 days for Second Class; however, please note that Royal Mail state maximum delivery times for these services can be up to 15 working days.
If, after this time your order has still not arrived, please contact us and we will process the claim from Royal Mail. Please be assured that you will not be left out of pocket as a result of non-delivery.
If an item ordered by a non-tracked service (Royal Mail 1st class, 2nd class services) fails to be delivered within the estimated delivery times, you will be required to wait for the maximum delivery time period (see above) before we can confirm that the item has been lost and issue a refund. Whilst we understand that this can be frustrating, there are many reasons why a parcel can be delayed (miss direction of parcel, failed attempted delivery etc.) and we are unable to confirm non-delivery for these services until after the maximum time frame. If it is important that you get your item promptly we recommend choosing a guaranteed or tracked service (Royal Mail special delivery, First and Second Class Recorded etc).
These are Royal Mail's constraints and all UK sellers using Royal Mail delivery services are governed by these guidelines.

We accept returns without quibble for a full 30 days after the sale. Please package the product with the same care we do before returning for full refund.
All items must be in original condition (unused in any way) and with all original packaging, manuals and accessories.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Contact us within 30 days of receipt of item to arrange returns. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately using the eBay messages system, giving a description of the problem, and if possible attach photographs of the item and packaging. This will allow us to process your return as quickly as possible.
